The Corporate Web Development Team is involved in various projects for the Barclays Intranet sites, which are used by the employees of Barclays. The main crucial system of every company is the HR system, the compensation package and the Appraisal system.
· Involved in systems study and preparation of documents like functional design specification for their Educational Portal Intranet Site.
· Engaged in new Requirements, Modifications and Support work of their Total Compensation Review and Human Resources Appraisal Systems packages, resolving any issues and enhancing the application in a timely and efficient manner.
· Responsible for writing ASP pages for the TCR and the Appraisal Systems.
· Responsible for writing and modifying Stored Procedures and triggers.
· Data clean up work for their training database, for which data feed comes from MS Access, Sybase, SQL Server and SAP.
· Imported data from Access and SQL database to the training database called, Registrar.
· Written scripts to extract data from Access and SQL database and store them in a XML file.
