Technical Consultant

Quick update about myself. I lived in London for 9 ½ years. Joined J. D. Edwards GSS-EMEA in High Wycombe in February 2002, working in the Support Department as a European Technical Consultant in a team of 11, responsible for supporting Install and Upgrades for XE & ERP8 products giving support to Italy and UK.
Over the last 12 months at Jdedwards, I had several opportunities to install, upgrade and support the internal QA servers used by Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing and Technical Support Teams on NT, UNIX, HP with SQL and Oracle DB. Recently I have completed the JAS Training on ERP8 where I had the opportunity to install Websphere 4.0 Advanced Edition, Fixpack 3&4 and Installation of HTTP Web Server. At Sage I had to support Sage Products on a variety of platforms, especially NT and UNIX with CISAM Data Base.

My strengths lie in determination to complete each task/contract given in full. I attached my update CV. Looking forward to hearing from you.
