IT Manager

I have a background in sales and distribution, having previously been both area and national sales manager. I also specialise in transport logistics, and know the UK very well, having travelled most of the roads myself.

Nearly four years ago I was made redundant and decided on a change of direction. I was given an opportunity to install a corporate network and have not looked back since.

I have a global outlook, with the experience, skills and communication abilities needed to achieve results. I am intimately familiar with a wide range of software/ hardware and have moved across most of the various IT sectors without difficulty. One of the advantages of being freelance is that you soon learn to be both flexible and imaginative, with the result that I am not easily phased, and can usually see a solution where others may not.

Self motivated, reliable, and capable of working alone or as part of a team, to deadlines and to spec.

Far too many things to list here. I do tend to waffle sometimes :-) I have led an interesting life to date, and have followed many different paths.
