PERSONAL
I am a hard working, conscientious individual, with many years of managerial and customer and sales orientated experience, capable of working successfully within a team although, equally so towards individual ambitions. I am well motivated, which consequently influences those around me.
I am also punctual and well presented and am able to use my initiative to solve various work-related problems. I am ?thick skinned?, and always-set reachable goals, which I work towards.

INTERESTS & ACTIVITIES
I enjoy Ice-skating on a regular basis, and took part in Ice Warriors on ITV in 1999, where I was the Team Captain. I am also involved in a charity Ice football event, on local radio and possibly ITV. For this I am the Team Captain and have been asked to choose my own team.
I partake in most sports including football, snooker, badminton and bowling and regularly socialize with my close friends. .
I go swimming at least once a week and attend the gym as often as possible.


COMPUTER SKILLS
I am intermediate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
In all previous jobs I have used computers and am very willing to learn how to use different and various software.
I have two learn direct courses in computers done with over an 85% pass rate. I use the internet on a regular basis.

The recruiting and training of all new staff and motivation
I set up the hole telesales based team for them and their systems as this was the first team they have had for this purpose

Supervising the ice stewards, also hiring of employees and the disciplinary procedures relating to staff,
