1st Line Support

I would like to be considered for this position. I finished my A+ and N+ on the 4th of June and next i do my MCP`s (XP Pro, 2003 server & ISA Server these are part of a larger course i am studying which you can see full details of on my CV) and am eager to get onto the IT ladder.

I am a quick learner with above average Internet and XP knowledge, am currently working in 1st line support for BT conferencing (agency) and have 6+ years customer service experience. I work extremely well as part of a team or on my own, being able to use my own initative when called upon. I enjoy working in a fast moving business and see a stressful job as a challenge. I am a good communicator with a sense of humour and am extremely focused.
