Roles & Responsibilities
¨ Project Manager / Implementation Lead for projects belonging to the domain of Lease & Finance
¨ Gather and perform gap analysis of customer requirements and create high level design specifications
¨ Estimates for new functionalities and enhancements in collaboration with customers, specialized business systems experts (Accountants, etc.), and other project affected groups
¨ Ensure that implementation stays on track in terms of scope, deadlines, and resources. Utilize planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) to create/update project plans.
¨ Working with Architecture and other infrastructure groups as applicable to determine and implement system requirements
¨ Working with Quality Assurance to develop and perform unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing based on an understanding of the development lifecycle
¨ Provide both on-call and routing support for applications, utilizing monitoring tools, and respond with solutions to both functional and technical issues in a timely manner
¨ Working with DBAs and other team members to ensure logical and physical data models and relationship diagrams are completed and executed according to standards methodology and user requirements. Perform or assist in the creation of backend databases and work with DBAs to implement a turnover plan
¨ Identify data mappings and perform gap analysis for third party data conversions into/from NetSol core systems
¨ As part of PAT (Process Action Team) , participation in CBA-IPI (CMM Based Appraisal ? Internal Process Improvement) activities at organizational level for defining and reviewing RM (Requirement Management) and SPE (Software Product Engineering) methodologies
