Senior Systems Specialist

Working as part of a team of 5 within the Thin Client Technologies Engineering Team providing advice to clients wishing to port applications into the Citrix Terminal server environment, using the W2K Server as a base OS platform with Citrix XPe 1.0.
?Engineering core OS for the Terminal Server Environment
?Installation and support of Citrix XPe 1.0 SP4
?Installation and support of Citrix Secure Gateway
?Installation and Support of WebInterface 2 and Secure Ticketing Authority Server (STA)
?Installation and maintenance of the core OS including Citrix (hot fixed for both platforms)
?Engineering solutions for application testing
?Creating support documentation for level 3 server support teams globally
?Advising level 3 support teams on how to resolve customer issues

Working as part of a team of 12 within the Wintel Server Support team to provide daily maintenance of Novell Netware and Windows servers (60 Netware Servers in European Sector and 1000+ on NT4 and 2000+ W2k Servers, with a user base of 30000). Tasks included:
?Creating/ maintaining user accounts, user groups, print servers/ queue

Working within moves and changes team to ensure the successful movement of all IT equipment within the Swiss Bank Corporation. Duties were to ensure that there were sufficient network, voice cabling and power at the end users desk location. Achievements included the relocation 1200 IT staff to new premises which took place over three weekends. Another move involved the relocation of 650 traders and research staff to a new floor over one weekend. Equipment included:
