I have been working for the past 10 years supporting over thirty client Networks. I have dealt with every aspect of a small-medium business's IT Requirements from sales, cabling, PC/Server builds, installing, configuration, administration and continued support of these systems.

I have over ten years experience in supporting many varied small-medium sized clients for all of thier IT needs.

I have a high aptitude, logical problem solving skills and have a very approachable, loyal kind manner.

I am looking to further my knowledge and gain recognised accreditation to justify my current knowledge.

? Devise and manage testing procedures of new bespoke software applications
? Ensuring that IT systems operate to their maximum efficiency with minimum downtime
