Co-Operative Bank
After implementing the upgrade to mortgage application software used by the bank, I produced from scratch technical support documentation for use by in-house Co-Operative Bank support staff. After implementing a second upgrade project to the mortgage applications, I wrote further technical support documentation.
HBOS
I produced documentation of desktop build procedures for IBM compatible Personal Computers in line with customer documentation standards after I created departmental desktop builds.
HSBC
I produced proposal documentation for a Citrix MetaFrame installation, according to SCC documentation standards. After I implemented Citrix MetaFrame and the required applications, I provided technical support documentation from scratch for use by HSBC support staff.
