IT Technician

I have excellent all round I.T. skills such as Web Design, Html/Perl, Building Computers, Troubleshooting and Networking. My focus is in networking as this is where I feel I do very well. I am currently seeking a position as an I.T. trainee technician to help start my career in networking. Although I do not have any "hands-on experience" in Networking I have successfully networked my 3 home computers together and from time to time help networking friends/family's computers and help assisting people with various kinds of troubleshooting on their pc wether it be eliminating virus threats to trojans to help diagnose problems.

My high interest in working as an I.T. technician motivates me greatly and inspires me to be an anthusiastic individual capable of learning new things constantly.

currently I am working as a Bank Clerk. My duties vary from day to day helping to assist my seniors at work to complete their duties as well as doing my own day to day work. Duties range from filing customer information and photocopying various documents to cashiering, logging inward/outward mail, and am currently being trained on their I.T. systems right now which I take great pride in learning.
2004 - 2005	Certegy
Working as part of a Call Centre team my job was to take information from Retail shops across the UK and process Store Credit Card applications for Merchants onto our systems and accept/decline applications. We also had to help activate Customer MasterCards and offer insurance to customers.
2004 - 2004	TRX Europe
I worked with TRX Europe as a Telesales agent. Duties including taking orders for holidays, car rentals, insurance and hotels whilst also offering customers quotations for their needs.
2003 - 2004	Dominos Pizza
My first job, and also the best one I ever had, was working with Dominos Pizza as a member of their instore-staff. I learnt many things whilst working for this company, how to be a strong communicator, how to treat customers, how to handle situations, cash handling as well as other general instore duties. This job gave me the most experience with how to deal with customers and to keep them happy. Other duties also included taking orders over the telephone. The best part of the job was that it teaches you how to cope with many different situations and adapt yourself with the stress you face during the busiest hours of business.
