    central Records. Duties comprised of production and analysis of Network and Operational KPI?s for
    board level assessments, initiation and management of corrective actions and plans, appraisals and
    recruitment .


    Principle Support Engineer
    Responsible for the building and development of the support team, covering all aspects of Quality of
    service, Fault co-ordination and Change Control. Amalgamation of Cable & Wireless and other smaller
    companies was carried out successfully. New teams were recruited and developed ensuring that all
    training and appraisal/development requirements were met.

  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of management of ntl?s Transmission platforms, including local EMOS and MV36/MV38 Networks, Managed Data Networks and ATM over SDH backbone ECI National Networks.
