CAREER OBJECTIVE- Highly motivated and technically competent computer studies graduate, with strong interpersonal and quantitative skills seeking a challenging position in a world-class organization. Passionate in technology, enthusiastic and professional individual most recently joined a self funded IT course in order to improve my existing knowledge and gained a good understanding of what is required to meet the business needs. ? Supporting over 500+ users over the phone and email, troubleshooting all network application problems (Windows 2000,XP Professional, Exchange, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)

? Network administration including Active Directory (configuring emails, creating and administrating user accounts, password, email group, issuing laptop for new/contract users)
