I have expereinces on rollout and implementation of various IT applications.I have high standards on people skills, good organisational and analytical skills.�With an Msc in project management (dstinction in view), I intend to apply better project management skills on IT related projects on my new job role. Supporting users on Windows XP, windows 2000, Microsoft office tools (version 97, 2000, XP and 2003), Novell, GroupWise mail to achieve increased first call resolution of issues. Prepare Standard operating procedures for the IT Service desk.
