I am an enthusiastic IT professional with specialty in service delivery and business support hence I have an ISEFoundation in IT Service Management Certificate (ITIL). I have expereinces on rollout and implementation of various IT applications.I have high standards on people skills, good organisational and analytical skills. With an Msc in project management (dstinction in view), I intend to apply better project management skills on IT related projects on my new job role.   • I work as part of a team that provides 1st  and 2nd line support on system desktop, application and network to about 5,500 users.
  • Supporting users on Windows XP, windows 2000, Microsoft office tools (version 97, 2000, XP and 2003), Novell, GroupWise mail to achieve increased first call resolution of issues.
  • Prepare Standard operating procedures for the IT Service desk.
  • Generate daily and monthly SLA reports for management information and effective service desk management
  • Support users on various business and clinical operations applications on terminal service.
  • Maintain logs of user details, problems and resolutions for administrative and planning purposes.
