These terms and conditions must be accepted without exceptions when using or entering the website of IT-Jobbank. IT-Jobbank reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, re-release, upload, place, transmit or distribute this website or its contents without written permission from IT-Jobbank. This applies to but is not limited to logos, text, photos, drawings, program code and technical solutions. The copyright of photos used on IT-Jobbank belongs to their owners respectively and exclusively. Improper use of Information found at IT-Jobbank may be in contravention of existing copyright laws, trademark or other rights or laws.
Access to and use of password protected or otherwise secured areas of IT-Jobbank is limited to authorized users. Unauthorized persons trying to access the above specified areas of IT-Jobbank may be prosecuted.
Using IT-Jobbank is at your own risk. We do our best to make sure that information found on this website is correct and valid but make the Information available as it is and without expressed or implied warranties of any kind, for example, but not limited to, marketability, usability, rights or non-violation. Storing of personal data: The user accepts and gives IT-Jobbank permission to store the user's personal data, including name, address, CV information etc.
Users registering their CV (profile) at IT-Jobbank can choose whether their profile is "searchable" or "not searchable". If the user makes the CV "searchable" it is recommended that no confidential information is entered in the CV, as IT-Jobbank will attempt to draw the anonymous profile to attention to employers by sending direct mails, in search engine marketing or otherwise.
IT-Jobbank reserves reserves the right to determine the validity of a user account, CV or job ad and delete the account, CV or job ad if it is not found suitable for IT-Jobbank or its users.
IT-Jobbank reserves the right to send a maximum of 2 e-mails to registered users with information regarding information deemed important or useful to the users of IT-Jobbank. This amount does not include newsletters or other types of e-mails which the user has signed up voluntarily.
Specifically for employers: Only one vacant position is allowed per job ad entered, unless otherwise has been agreed with IT-Jobbank. It is not allowed in any way to advertise for the employers own candidate database.
Unless the employer informs IT-Jobbank to the contrary by letter or e-mail, the employer gives IT-Jobbank permission to include the employers name in a public list of employers using IT-Jobbank when the employer places a "searchable" job ad on IT-Jobbank. With this IT-Jobbank is also given permission to draw attention to the employers job ads on IT-Jobbank, by marketing the job ads in other media and otherwise.
