? On-site Technical Support throughout the UK E-Provincial was set-up to allow me to work for companies under contract. Specifically, the company was set-up to contract for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association (GDBA).
GDBA have 42 servers hosting 900 clients. Client software suits include Windows 9x / NT/ 2000, Microsoft Office 97 / 2000 / XP, Outlook 97 / 98 / 2000 / XP, Bespoke FirstClass systems for legacy integration with Word. LAN and WAN connectivity was an essential part of my role to allow the nation-wide charity to run efficiently.
