IT technician

I am a qualified and experienced IT technician. I am dedicated, consistent and dilient. I can work on my own initiative, individually or as a team player. I have first-rate time keepin and attendance records. I have no difficulty adaptin to chane and would be prepared to work unsociable hours. I feel that if iven the opportunity, I could prove to be an asset to any company. I am seekin further employment in the IT industry where I can develop my skills.

I was employed as an I.T technician with a new community enterprise in East Manchester. ITEM was established in January 2000 to recycle and repair I.T equipment for the local community and voluntary sector groups. My role involved development of all aspects of the project; main duties included building computers to customer requirements, demonstrating finished products to customers and clients, picking up and dropping off I.T equipment to and from clients. On a few occasions I was part of a team, which was responsible for setting up computer equipment for other businesses on their premises.
1997 - 1997	Seceurope U.K. Ltd
I was part of a team of security officers, based at the Manchester Arndale centre. My job consisted of checking all entry and exit doors to the Arndale, the safety of cleaners, building contractors, shop staff and the public. I also did traffic control, vehicle checks and perimeter checks.

I worked for Inghams employment agency. I travelled around Manchester working for different companies. I worked as a production operative for a car seat manufacturer and a postal packer at a catalogue warehouse.
1996 - 1997	Tots to teens
I worked in the Arndale Market at a children?s clothing stall. I helped customer with their purchases by giving them advice. I also handled large amounts of cash, put stock out on display and sometimes opened and closed the stall.
