CRM Administrator

 

My position, for the last year has been as CRM Administrator. Looking after the Customer Relations databases.
· Adding Functionality and views to applications across four databases.
· Developing Financial and Business Critical reports. / SQL, Crystal, Access.
· Maintenance and Recovery on Databases using SQL
· Data Cleansing and merging of detail.
· User Support
· Liasing with Dept heads to format CRM Solutions. / Applications and Tables.
· DTS Jobs and functions.

I am Loyal Hard Working, can work on my own initiative, also as Team Member. Have had managerial experience in non - IT roles.
