Database Manager

I am currently a CRM Development Manager in an Investor Relations company,
analysing and generating data from our Goldmine database using SQL and
Crystal Reports skills. I am very familiar with Microsoft Access and I
also manage the customised websites for 1200 European clients. I have
recently won "EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2002" at my company.

I graduated from Kingston University graduate seeking a job within the IT
industry. I finished my Business Information Technology Honours degree
with a 2:1 in 2001. I have previously completed 13 months' of industrial
placement as a Trainee Systems Administrator and have a broad range of IT,
project management and interpersonal skills.

At present, I have a UK work permit valid for another five years with an
Investor Relations company. Work permit applications are free of charge
and I will be willing to help in any way during the application procedure

I am an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is always keen to learn about new technology and skills. I enjoy working with people and I have good communication and problem-solving skills. I have completed several consultancy projects for companies during my study at Kingston. Apart from web development, programming and OLAP knowledge, I also have systems analysis and project management work experiences. I have trained users on different PC applications, for instance, accessing OLAP data through PivotTables and basic usage of Windows applications. In addition, I have completed extensive research on the telecommunications industry and the launch of 3G for my final year dissertation.
I have been described as ?well-liked by peers?, organized and a diligent individual that show great dynamism and good people skills. I enjoy reading about the IT industry and also changes the within the business world. I can read and speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently and I have a wide range of IT and interpersonal skills. In 2002, I was awarded the ?Associate of the Year? award by my current company.
