I am a Software Professional having over 7 years overall experience in
various software related fields .I am expertise in Internet and client
server based application which includes Oracle , J2EE , Oracle
Developer, VB etc. At present I am associated with a UK based MNC, Churchill
India Ltd. at New Delhi as a Lead Analyst. I am also an Oracle Certified
Professional (OCP) through an on-line exam over internet. At present I
am in UK for some project work on Work Permit.

? Project Title : billstar POWER for BPDB


Team Size : 4 members.
Period : Jan- 2001 - July ? 2001
Scope : BPDB - Bangladesh Power Development Board which is national
board for electricity and power and provide electricity through out the
country . They have a very good network for establishing meter and get
reading from those and depend on that they used to prepare bill for
consumer. In their network , particularly at Dhaka they have installed
around more than a million electronics meter initially and later on they
will cover whole country .This project is to get meter reading in 3 ways.
One is , to get reading through a handy device instead of writing ,
second is , to get that through modem which will be installed at consumer
site (especially high-riser building or office building) and last one
to get that by consumer themselves i.e. they will enter reading over
internet in BPDB?s web page against their consumer number. Apart from this
, BPDB also send bill through ,if provide by consumer.
After getting meter reading system will generate meter bill depend on
BPDB?s terms and conditions. This system employing full Object Relation
Model of Oracle 8i.

Scope : To changes their business rule regarding Share Accounting, it
requires a huge modification hrough out the system. So we are
responsible to modify some part of this system to maintain their rules, as well
as we are also going to switch the system in Oracle 8.0 and D2K R/2 as
per their requirements. Employing this package the Share department of
the company will be able to generate and upkeep various kinds of
transactions affecting the share holder's balance, location, tax status,
protection against loss and subsequent misuse, share movements,
distribution etc. ,so as to enable the management to get from time to time all
the decision support reports needed during the monthly board meetings,
extra ordinary General meeting and Annual General Meetings etc.

manufacturing unit for their production. This "Integrated Export Maintenance
System" is maintain the whole system and procedures of that company
including stock maintaining at store, finished goods and raw materials
main-training at manufacturing unit, accounts finalizing and all procedures
regarding goods export to a country including preparation of Bill of
Lading, Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Packaging Bill, Foreign Purchase Order
Currency Conversion etc.
