Graduate Trainee

I am a keen hard working individual who has a lot of potential to succeed at the highest level. I have excellent communication skills and believe the ability to understand and pass on information in a succinct, accurate and motivating way is a vital asset in business. I also have good time and people management skills, and find managing these requires diplomacy, tact and understanding, I consider successful people management also requires blending these with overall assertiveness.
I possess good negotiation skills and these are always improving as I am continually learning. I am also very lateral thinking and believe being able to assess and solve a problem in an unconventional but effective way is an important business tool. I am a very motivated person and enjoy motivating other people. Presenting is another strong point as I have lots of experience from life and enjoy working with people.
