Business Studies Sandwhich Student

 

I am a second year student at Manchester Metropolitan University in Manchester and I am studying for a BA Honours Degree in Business Studies.
Having studied various aspects of corporate activity, I have found myself to be drawn to the discipline of finance, marketing, sales and advertising. It is of particular interest to develop my skills in these fields.

The nature of my degree course involves a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and concise report skills. I am a fast and accurate writer, with a keen eye for detail and I should be extremely grateful for the opportunity to be offered a years placement.

I not only have the ability to take on the responsibility of this job immediately, but also the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I will make a success of it.


I feel that I can add a valuable contribution to any firm that is willing to give me the chance of offfering a placement to me. This may work well for both parties if there is a need for extra staff to cover project work or have high labour turnover. It is difficult as I can only work for a year, but this is a guarantee, and the best effort as it will be twice as important to myself as it also contributes to my degree.
