I am MCP Qualified with a good overall knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and support applications such as Exchange server. I have a good knowledge of TCP/IP Networking.

I have a sound knowledge of Micrsoft Office and have been involved in application development using Access/ Excel and Word.

I hold an adult teaching certificate and have been an IT/Application trainer for 3 years.

I am an MCP qualified network support person in charge of support for a small Windows NT4 domain. I provide ALL aspects of support from simple queries to installation of workstations and Microsoft Exchange administration. I am also involved in MS Office development, creating/maintaining Access Databases/ Excel spreadsheets and word templates. This involves extensive use of VBA.
