During the duration of my career with this company which name was formely Sovereign Finance Plc until July 2003 before changing to Alliance and Leicester Commercial Finance Plc my 2 positions were optical disk operator and IT user support analyst, my analyst role at the moment is to provide helpdesk support for desktop pc's, laptops and printers etc to internal and external based staff, also ensuring that the network data is backed up and stored offsite in the event of a disaster, my role for this operates as a shift system so the systems can be checked in the morning before users logon and also that all backups and processing has started in the evening
1987 - 1989   Stockport ITEC
Youth Training Scheme on Information Technology, studied city and guilds on modules i.e programming, database management, graphics and designs, electronics etc
