Network Engineer/Service Account Manager

 

Having had a variation of experience in the IT industry from Network Support to Service Account Management, my responsibilities have included troubleshooting/problem solving and general day to day care of large accounts and government organisations working to SLA's. I have a good understanding of corporate and government needs/expectations and feel that I am able to deliver what is needed in a timely and accurate manner which may also include additional selling with the highest level of customer care always paramount.
