Im currently studying for a BSc Computer Science degree at wolverhampton university which is due to finish in 2 years time. However due to my desire to obtain a diverse career i hav decided to complete my degree on a part time basis. This would allow me to work full time in an IT enviroment. Im a very dedicated and hard working individual who gives 100% to every challenge that im confronted with. Through my degree i have obtained a vast amount of expierience in a variety of IT fields, web designing, programming, desk top publishing, word processing, and networking to name a few.

2003 - 2004   British Gas
I was assigned to a department known as UCAD (utility comupter aided dispention)..i was incharge of all the engineers in the slough and high wycombe area of the country. My duties included issuing gas break downs, electrical break downs and providing customers with saftey procedures regarding failed electrical equpiment. I was also asked to analyse data regarding budget, costs, service delivery scores, and then brief a team of 5-15 poeple on my findings.
1999 - 2002   Sainsburies
I was given the oppurtunity to help produce sales brochures, arrange displays of electronic goods, and provide customers with detailed information on electrical goods including PC software, mobile phones, and other house hold electrical equipment. I was also asked to help NCR (national cash registers) in the implementation of a brand new state of the art checkout system. This included assisting engineers in the networking of 40 teriminals to a central server
