Brief Overview: Employed by Box Logic Limited, a small start-up solution provider, to establish product services and internal systems. IBM/Lotus Business Partner providing Domino, QuickPlace, Sametime consultancy to SME market and specific solution provider to investment companies (Domino, QuickPlace). Also involved in drive to develop WLAN solution for public/private venues in addition to customer site work. Seen as a short-term role to develop the technical foundations of the business.

1. Responsibility for all internal infrastructure in small UK office - 5 users (inc. virus, backup)

2. Responsibility for all customer facing infrastructure within externally hosted data centre.

IT Manager/System Administrator (£40,000 + Pension + Share Options)

Brief Overview: Initially employed by Integrisys Limited and subsequently Medi Info Net to provide system administration for internal systems (Domino R5) and to design, build and manage an internally hosted NHSNet Data Centre (SQL, BackWeb, Domino R5 and QuickPlace) for this small (start-up) Primary Care solution provider. As the company expanded and merged, became responsible for driving internal IT strategy for the wider group and proposed, planned and carried out internal system migration to Domino R5/6 from Exchange 5.5). Became more and more involved with next generation product development (concept design) and recruited and managed small development team to deliver next generation product (Domino R5, QuickPlace).

Provided customer support and system administration services for hosted solutions (Domino, NT, QuickPlace, Sametime) and hands-on customer site work. Recruited and managed internal Notes development team allocating resources and ensuring customer delivery. Project specific work included new office build and hardware procurement.

Brief Overview: Employed by IES to fulfil a contract to provide integration consultancy and support to the McDonald?s Development Company UK. Duties included telephone support for the global (except US) messaging administrators on Exchange 5.5, Domino R4.6 (later R5) and MS Mail and the day-to-day administration of regional messaging hubs (mail, ACL, NAB replication). Additionally supported UK based messaging servers including ID creation, ACL, NAB management. Co-development and design of integration strategy to provide global email/NAB integration across Exchange 5.5, Domino R4.6, POP3 and MS Mail through centralised messaging hubs. Subsequent build and configuration of APAC and Latin American regional messaging hubs. Recruited and managed a small help desk team. Specific project work included design and documentation of R4.6 to R5 upgrade strategy, hands-on upgrade to R5 across regional messaging hubs and development of Global Messaging Standards. At the end of the contract was seconded into Fulham Online PLC (see above).
