Telecommunications Analyst

I am currently employed by Montgomery Watson Harza of six and a half years. My position has been made redundant, due to relocation and a globally wide reorganisation of IT services.
Dealt with customers on a 1st & 2nd tier support tree for, fixed telephony, remote access users & network support. Improved my telecom budget, incl. procurement, billing, and service levels.
Managed and motivated several team members, in the ongoing support of all fixed voice systems, adds, moves and changes. Successfully introduced video conferencing to the business, including user training, support, developing further the capabilities of the system to its limits.


In addition to the skills I have listed, I can also offer knowledge and experience gained from my own studies, work and other activities, for example:

 Analysing and trending of billing, and carrier services
 Concise, written reports on new technologies and proposals
 Working cheerfully and productively under pressure
 Working in a team and on my own initiative
