I am currently looking for permanent work . I have completed my degree in Web & E- Business Computing and gained a 2.2 honours.

I have worked in a variety of roles from retail to administration into IT as I had to support myself as a student. This also gave me opportunity to explore the type of career path that I would like to pursue and a feel for what the working opportunities are like.

I have worked for Fiat UK (head office) as an administrator, Yell.com as a CAS (Corporate Advertising scheme) Administrator, Netsize as HelpDesk Advisor and for Solo Logic carrying out IT Tele marketing.

My Current role is working Solo Logic as an IT Telemarketer on behalf of a client called UKERNA (UK Education and Research Network Association). In this role I am communicating with IT contact at educational institutes to ensure that they can complete a survey on JANET services, which every educational institute uses as point of networking their IT infrastructure.

My last role was working for NetSize which is an international wireless message operator. At notices I worked as a helpdesk advisor resolving customer queries both by and e- mail using many systems including the Internet and intranet to unsubscribe text message problem that clients of Net Size provide to customers.

I also use to work part- time for accessories as a senior Saturday sales. Within this job I have carried out various roles from customer service to opening and closing the store and the administration a manager would carry out for the store.

I am computer literature and able to use Office Applications (Word, Access, Excel & PowerPoint). As well as packages like Dreamweaver, Borland Delphi, SQL, and Java. So please give my CV a consideration.
