Junior Helpdesk Support

I have recently qualified as MCSE/MCDBA Windows 2000 and have been employed in an IT support/Office Assistant role in a firm of solicitors for nearly two years. My skills include knowledge of Windows NT, 2000, XP; SQL Server 2000, Exchange 2000 and also Office 2000,2003. I am currently studying to update my MCSE to Windows 2003 Server.

I have a range of previous IT experience and have proven that I can work under pressure and on my own initiative to meet deadlines. I am highly adaptable and able to learn and develop new skills quickly and effectively.
