Network Support Analyst
I am an Network Analyst, with network/ helpdesk support experienced in Foundry and Cisco equipment. Well versed in CiscoView 2000, Sunrise and Remedy applications. Currrently studying for CCNA and FNCNE exams. Advanced in Windows 2000 server and am microsoft qualified [MCP].
I am currently employed but am available immediately if the right job comes along. My present employer will also provide a personal and professional reference.
I am a loyal and hardworking employee, who knows his limits as well as what I can achieve - it is my intention to continue with my professional qualifications.
