I think my experience of training with a leading Information, Document and Record Management system extensively used by Legal, Local and Central Government Departments, which would cover workflow, course development, delivery and design, then to work with the client to create a Training solution tailored to their requirements.
I think this knowledge together with my experience of functioning as Project Control for the Rollout of Office and Windows 2000 into the Inner London Magistrates Courts could be relevant to your requirements.
You will also see evidence of my experience in training bespoke and MS Office applications, to a wide Blue chip customer base. This would include working on the automation of the Post Office, dealing with their Helpdesk, Payment procedures and accounting, EPOS and Smartcards.
I am an experienced Trainer and I have been involved in a number of projects where new systems are replacing old technology. I am a member of the Institute of IT Training and have also studied Management at the University of Northumbria (Newcastle Business School).

Trainer Central Government Team.
The Valid system provides a fully PRO approved Web based Document and Record Management System. Based on Oracle v9i database technology and with extensive use of workflows is fully compliant with the e-Government strategy. The Valid system is extensively used by Local and Central Government Departments dealing with Revenues, Benefits, Housing, planning, legal and Committee.
My role was to research and consult with the client on the design and structure of the training solution, then using the technical specifications produce the necessary courseware and supporting training material, followed by delivering the training solution on-site for all users, from basic End Users to Senior Management, System Administrators and Trainers.

§ Inner London Magistrates Courts: Project Control and setting up the pilot course, for the National Rollout of Office and Windows 2000 to the Magistrates Courts. Also delivery of training to delegates ranging from court ushers up to senior legal court Clarks.
§ Post office Counters Limited: Project development of the new Horizon system which is designed not only to replace the existing paper based system, but fundamentally change the current way the Post Office carry out its business. Producing Training materials, running Train the Trainer courses, End user Training for Counter assistants, Office Managers and Post Office Trainers.
§ Experience with Bespoke and MS Applications
I have had experience with Banks and many other large institutions during my time with ICL Knowledgepool, dealing with MS Applications and Bespoke packages. With extensive experience in different types of training, ranging from; one to one; classroom training up to 10/12; presentation type of delivery to groups of 50; floorwalking; coaching problem users; Train the Trainer events.
I have also delivered training to a wide range of delegates, from blue collar to top executives during my full training career, which spans over twenty years.

As an Installation cordinator. To be responsible and take ownership of any Failed or difficult installations anywhere within the installation processes. Then research and identify the problem to see with whom the resolution belongs. Once this has been accomplished co-operate and work directly with the Service Provider, shareholder, Customer or Commercial Partner to move the installation forward.
Once the problem has been identified, be pro-active by putting into place the necessary procedures and/or documentation to prevent any further failures.
