Applications trainer

Enthusiastic, lively applications trainer with a passion for training, very experienced, self motivated but very much a team player. Strongest skills are based around Microsoft Office Products which I can deliver up to Advanced level, but have been involved in several bespoke product rollouts. I am TAPS certified and an associate member of the IITT

I wrote e-learning storyboards to document the Reuters 0rder to Cash system. The system traced the process from business opportunity to order fulfilment on a selected range of products. This involved meetings with the topic stakeholders to define and approve course detail. Other detail was gleaned from existing system documentation.
2001 - 2004	DIAGEO GB
I was involved in all aspects of the roll-out of the second release of Siebel to the Diageo field sales and marketing staff. The scope included producing training scripts, games, and other learning aids for the Sales staff. The delivery of classroom-based training was carried out at Head Office and regional locations. Post training support was provided where necessary. Regional sales staffs were drafted in to assist with the training and I was involved in train the trainer sessions for these staff and pilot groups within the company. Following the rollout, I was tasked with relaunching the Training department within the company. I wrote short articles for the company publications and designed flyers and posters to advertise the new Microsoft courses, which I subsequently designed and delivered. I have created and managed the IT Training schedule and implemented its publication on the Diageo intranet along with associated course outlines and booking procedures. For the past 18 months I have been delivering Microsoft training to advanced level to Diageo staff, from Admin staff to Director level and have designed and delivered regional workshops based on departmental business requirements.

Carried out the training in the rollout of Office XP and Lotus Notes 5 on a Windows 2000 platform. Wrote and tested training processes, trained XP products and carried out post training floorwalking
2001 - 2001	DIAGEO GB
Carried out the training of staff in the roll-out of Remedy, the Management Information System. The initial phase involved writing training manuals and support documentation. In the system roll-out phase I trained Guinness Help Desk and Change Management staff in the regional offices around the country. The training was held in a classroom environment with up to eight delegates per session, but one to one training was also undertaken where necessary. I was involved in regional floor walking support on the system go live

Roll-out of Siebel to 600 Guinness field sales staff. This involved writing training documentation and the delivery of classroom based training to sales staff.
