IT Technician
ive just done a NVQ in systems maintence and repair and software and hardware testing, ive been working in a school for a 1 year with over 260 Pc's to look after between 4 technicians and i like wokring with Pc's allways have done since i left school my roles at work at the moment are to support the teaching staff and the pupils with there problems during the day urm setting up Pc's for going out to rooms if needed using programs that allow certain websites to be viewed on the internet and monitoring pupils with there actions, giving them printing credits and changing of passwords for user, replacing parts in Pc's if needed, i allso use the microsoft packages most of theday too that helps the pupils or teaching staff out wiht there propblem, netwokr testing and cabling around the builds we got at work and setting up switches to other swithces.

i work with about 700 pupils in a secondary school and about 60 members of staff which allmost every member of staff have laptops and there about 260 P'c to maintain ive been wokring there for a year now its a very busy enviroment every day
