Network and IT Enginner

I feel that I would be a great asset to any IT company because of my current set of IT skills and technical knowledge. I have had an interest in PC?s and the IT industry for a number of years and I thrive in a challenging dynamic work environment where deadline must be met to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to the customer. I am a reliable and loyal person that gives 100% effort to any work I undertake. I have the confidence to work unsupervised and believe my tack record of working for Specialist Computer Centre (SCC - Europe Largest IT Company) proves this.

Information related to application:

I possess a wide area of knowledge and experience in IT including computer hardware and software and also hands on experience within the IT field. I acquire experience in first line IT support and customer service experience at CETN; this has enabled me to achieve excellent communication, team working, problem solving skills and a very professional tele manner.

I see myself as an experienced IT technician with proven record of success in technical support and analytic environments. I acquired experience in front/second line of IT support technician with good customers relationship and experience which has enabled me to enhance on my hand-on experience.

I?m currently employed at Community Education and Training Network (CETN) as an IT Support technician. My duties and responsibility involves providing day-to-day technical and analytic support to staff and students of the entire centre, including on-site and off-site maintenance.

I have achieved a 1st class degree in BSc Computer Networks for Business at technology innovation centre (TIC) as part of university of central England (UCE). I am currently completed IT essentials I (Cisco A+) which consist of PC hardware and software maintenance. I am currently studying MSC data communication and software to enhance on my technical knowledge.

This would include maintaining and operating the corporate network, including error checking, implement network and set up new networks. I?m currently on the verge of completing my training course, which include hand-on experience in installing hardware and software.

This experience has mastered my experience in finding basic and complicated errors on PC and router. Maintain integrity, security and efficiency of the whole network and administrative network which includes monitoring the effective use of the internet. Install new equipment and software, manage different servers and reconfigure existing work station.

Earlier in my career I had implemented and managed to build a database using ORACLE, this was designed for a company to update invoices into customer accounts.

I believe I posses the necessary experience and knowledge for this position, this would help me to explore and provide my technical and analytic knowledge in improving all supported systems.
