Network Support Specialist

I have four years experience with installing, configuring, supporting and managing Cisco and Alcatel routers, switches and packet engines, with our key clients being Victoria University of Wellington and New Zealand Police. Because of the demand from two of New Zealand's most critical networks, I often worked long hours under constant pressure.

Through my previous role I developed my skills in networking and network management tools, team work and customer service.

My previous employer promoted hard work and initiative, as well as support within and between teams, and flow of information, in order to maximize accuracy and understanding. I look forward to encouraging similar practices.
