Network engineer

I have been working as a techincal engineer for a Cisco reseller, and have been involved in large IPT installation as a technical lead responsible for design as well as implementation. I have also provided support for LAN and IPT as a 2/3 line. I have in-depth knowledge of Callmanagers and associated technologies such as cisco conference connection, unity, IPMA and voice gateways (H323, MGCP)
