IT Systems Engineer; Network Administrator
Currently, I am IT Support Technician responsible for installing, setting up, administering and supporting the network (both hardware and software), based on NT4 Server, Exchange Servers and Windows 2000 Servers. I plan, design and implement systems, including acceptance testing, resourcing, facilitation, customising, client training, and go-live support.
I am now seeking a challenging new position where I can add real value to the long-term viability of the company.
Possessing a proven record in IT/Engineering, I have good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide imaginative yet practical solutions to complex challenges.

I am IT Support Technician responsible for installing, setting up, administering and supporting the network (both hardware and software), based on NT4 Server, Exchange Servers and Windows 2000 Servers. I plan, design and implement systems, including acceptance testing, resourcing, facilitation, customising, client training, and go-live support.
I am also responsible for maintaining the Panasonic telephone system, including hardware and wiring. I am the administrator for our Intepro automated test equipment, and I design and write data logging and test software. In addition, I provide technical advice to senior managers, I communicate closely with internal clients and other parties, and I ensure effective implementation of IT technical support and staff training. In so doing, I play a key role in optimising business unit strategy and operations.
