? Promoted within First National on Helpdesk ( 3 yrs with Natwest / 4 yrs with First National) primarily providing 1st line support to internal 1200 users, 3000 motor deals and Retail Store groups e.g., Halfords, BT Home computing, Power House, Time and DFS.
