Business Analyst/UAT Team Leader
? Dual role, responsible for the Spanish version for Europe and leading the team of four UAT Testers on a global e-commerce project. This involves:
- Day-to-day management of the UAT Local Language team.
- Preparing and maintaining UAT project schedules to ensure that project deliverables are efficiently met and targets achieved within timeframes.
- Working with functional partners, ensuring business requirements are met and providing sign-off after testing.
- Management of test documentation (e.g. Test Plan, Test Cases/Scripts, Test Results). Use of Test Director as a primary Test Management Tool.
- Translating different types of financial products for an Online System into Spanish.
- Running test scripts and managing their execution within a controlled test cycle.
- Management of test findings or defects for their resolution in accordance with business requirements. Establishment of active relationships with development teams in New York and India.
? Successfully increased the client?s use of Spanish version vs. English version from 30% to 60%.

Relationship Manager/Project Manager
? Responsible for the Program Management of Development projects. These included Market Data related projects with Reuters and Bloomberg. Typical duties were the monthly reporting of progress and budget forecasts to the Business sponsors (including Global Markets, Global Equities, Corporate Finance and PCAM).
? Management of virtual teams (functional specifications, feasibility studies, planning, supervision, implementation, support and documentation) for a diverse range of projects (BCP-Business Continuity Plan, Audits, Financial information applications, DPI).
? Responsible for the management of two personnel in the day-to-day administration of the IT Department. This included the management of vendor contracts, supplier invoices and contractor payments.

? Development and maintenance (analysis, design, writing, testing and post-production support) of the Electronic Banking application in COBOL/CICS/DB2/VSAM/MQ Series (middleware mainframe application for cash transfers, standing orders, portfolios, etc. for high tier Client internet banking). Managed a 24 by 7 immediate response Support Level Agreement.
? Management of virtual teams of external consultants and internal Infrastructure staff to develop, test and implement changes according to Business requirements. Management of internal staff to deploy and support the application.
1995 - 1997   CORITEL - Barcelona
Senior Programmer
? Development and maintenance (design, writing and testing programs) of IBM Mainframe applications in COBOL/CICS/DB2/VSAM for Caixa de Catalunya. Applications included: Personal Accounts, Foreign Accounts, Justifications to Bank of Spain and Foreign Currency.
? The outsourced team of five grew to a team of thirty following its success within the Bank. At the outset, the Team was responsible for only two applications. During this employment period, the team became responsible for all of the Bank's Operational Systems.
