? Led the development of flight simulation and training systems (real-time C++ on networked PC platforms) in very short timescales, and was featured on the front page of Computer Weekly for achieving over 80% software re-use.
? Designed, built, and supported an OO Middleware system where the customer recouped the multi-million pound development costs in less than 3 months.
