My working life has involved customer service/help desk in one way or another since 1986. This involved working closely with customers face to face but mainly over the . My aim now is to take my customer service skills into an industry which interests me greatly and in turn start a new career in IT.

2001 -    Skanska Facilities
Controlling labour of 10 service engineers and a busy helpdesk for a facilities company managing the maintenance for Marks and Spencer. The contract has since been passed to Integral services (2003-2004) and more recently Quadron Services (to date) where I stayed with the contract from company to company under TUPE regs. My role hasnt changed a great deal except im now dealing more with the backround admin which includes logging planned preventative maintenance results, preparing quotes. I also prepare necessary paperwork for measurement by our QS for invoicing the client.
