IT Trainer and Support

I am a qualified IT teacher in the Post 16 sector. I can teach and train all of the Microsoft suite from Basic IT through to advanced level. I am able to produce my own as well as use exisiting training documents. I am also capable of providing IT support in Windows 95/98/2000 and some XP

My main area is training and support in IT, mainly using the Microsoft Office Suite. I am able to train from Basic level to Advanced level using either prepared or using my owb materials.
I was taught systems analysis while I was at University but i have not had the opotunity to gain any work experience in this field, but i would like to.

2001 - 2002	Oxford College of FE
Advanced GNVQ/A'level training. I taught the students everything from Basic IT through to Systems Analysis and Databases
