Support Manager ITIL

 

I have been working in IT for 13 years now and am experienced in ITIL Management, Service Support etc. I have also worked in all levels off support 1st / 2nd & 3rd line and have even done some consultancy during my time as well.

I am currently looking for work because my employer is making redundancies and although my job is safe my career progression in IT Management is going to be effected for the forseeable future.
