Hands on experience of Windows 2000 and NT4 with experience of operating system installation covering workstation and server Networking Familiar with networking concepts, principles, hardware and fault diagnosis techniques.I have also completed a Basic Networkng Course through EDS University. Microsoft Apps Knowledge and work experience using Microsoft Word, and Excel. I have also completed an ITIL course.
2002 - 2002	Garlands
Garlands Call Centre Apr 2002 - Jun 2002 Customer Service Advisor A call centre role where I was responsible for resolving Vodaphone customer billing problems. We were also required to do all relevant customer security checks and account validation before resolving problems. After initial troubleshooting the case was passed to 2nd level support.
1990 - 2002	NSK Bearings (Europe)
I started as a production operator which involved machining wheel bearings to fine tolerances for the automotive industry. This also involved QA checks to within micron tolerances to ensure finished products were within required limits. After 18 months I was transferred to the shipping Bay which involved receiving finished parts in cartons from the production lines and assigning each carton to a designated palette which was despatched to various countries worldwide After about 4 years I was transferred to the heat treatment department which involved placing various sizes of metal rings into high temperature furnaces to harden them before being machined. This involved 24x7 working in a team and also using common sense to keep within required production levels. This work also involved customer service skills in relation to communicating with other departments and also clients on site visits.
1979 - 1998	Peter Wolters
I worked for this company in Germany, which entailed wire annealing. This is involved wire being drawn through a high temperature furnace to harden wire.I was also able to practice my German language skills mainly speaking, writing and reading.In 1998 i returned to england.
