* End to end delivery of new estate agency system for ?Your Move?, consolidating 23 branches into two headquarters
* Managed a team of seven to produce a quality streamlined process minimising user involvement to realise monetary saving of £150,000 within two years
* Chief co-ordinator of the Company Recognition Programme to reward and recognise the outstanding performance of individuals and teams

* Monitoring and controlling team progress and tracking against a baselined project plan for the transfer of administration processing for pension processing
